Which US visa will allow me to switch my employer to another one in Canada?



Answer:
If the US issued the visa, it doesn't extend to Canada.

Canada likes to issue its own visas...but I'm guessin' you already knew that they were two different countries, didn't you.
The U.S. does not issued visas for employment in Canada. If you are working in the U.S. with a U.S. Visa and you want to transfer to Canada. You need to find out at the Canadian Consulate what documents you need to work there.
