What am i immagration to usa? youmust consider that i am iranian.?
Answer:
I hope you are planning to come in a legal manner. I had Iranian friends and aquaintances in college and I have no problems with you or your country people. They were a joy to be around. Please obey our laws and we will get along just fine. Welcome to the USA.
If you've come the legal route, welcome. I don't care what country you came from as long as your new allegiance is to the United States.
I'm afraid I don't understand your question, my friend. However if you are here (or want to come here) legally and willing to work hard and integrate into our society, then let me be the first to welcome you to our great country!
It would take longer at least. There are special background checks for people from 'countries of interest'.
However, one of my kids' teachers is/was Iranian, and she is the best teacher he ever had.
Go to uscis.gov and check out the options.
As long as you plan on coming legally, things should be fine. You will probably be subjected to some additional screening because you are Iranian (just being honest). Best of luck to you!
I am half Persian living in Texas (born in CA) and there are large Persian communities all over the US, especially in Southern California, Dallas, even in places like Atlanta too.
Many Persians immigrated here after the fall of the shah. But, obviously due to the US's stance with Iran right now, things might be a little harder to immigrate to this country, but I dont blame you for trying to get out of Iran, that is for sure.
My best friend is a granddaughter of one of the former shah's generals. She frequently visits her family back in Iran. Large persian crop both in DC and Texas - I hear in suburb of Detroit as well.
