Answer:
No, its a show much like fear factor and survivor called something like Who Wants a Green Card, and basicly the show runs these people through challenges and if they win the producers higher an immigration atourny who deals with US immigartion laws and green cards for them, it doesn't guarantee a green card though if they win.
I don't think they need to worry about game shows. They come here anyway.
