Is the VAF2 form in English okay to take with me to Tunisia to complete with my boyfriend/fiance?

My boyfriend is Tunisian and we want to marry in Scotland in a few months and live in my home in Scotland.. I have the VAF2 form and I want to complete this with him in Tunisia in June. The questions are in English. He says we must go to the Embassy, but I understand the documents can be posted with the cheque. Is the cheque made out to the British Embassy? He is maybe panicking that the VAF2 form must be in French or Arabic, but I will write the form with his answers in English. I have all the documents and supporting letter. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Can we just post the documents?

Answer:
Since you are dealing with the British Embassy, the forms must be filled out in English. While it might be possible to post a cheque, you really should visit with the Embassy as they will be able to help you with any last minute question or concerns you may have, and they can also help to explain things to you better.

If I can be of any more help or assistance, please feel free to contact me.
The form must be completed in English since it is the British Embassy you are going to submit it to and they will make the decision on the application, all supporting documents MUST also be in English and if they are in a foreign language they must be translated and certified. Best is to call the embassy and ask them about the payment...
