Do French People need a green card?

I'm curious about the immigration laws surrounding French people. I am in love with a boy who has been here maybe 6 months now on some sort of visa. I want to ask him to marry me and I beleive getting to stay in the US and get a green card might sweeten the deal. However, if he can remain here without getting married it might be preferrable.

Answer:
He can only get a green card if he marries you. If he wants to stay in the US he needs to get a green card, and since he came with a visa its not going to take too long to get it, but of course if he marries you
Do not get married just to get him a green card. Go to France with him for 6 months when he has to leave to see if this is really the person for you. You really do not sound like you are ready to get married.
No but they need a bath before coming over here. Smelly fairies.

Three thumbs down? Hey that's a good answer. Go back to frog land you weenies.
