Is it permissable to be a citizen of the U.S. and two other countries?

My kids are US citizens and are eligible to be citizens of Ireland and Peru. Can they be citizens of all three? Thanks!

Answer:
If your children are eligible for these citizenship by birth (e.g. due to citizenship of parent, place of birth) they can have all three citizenships at the same time (Peru usually prohibits dual citizenship but they can't do anything about citizenship-by-birth). If they can obtain these citizenships by naturalization (e.g. due to citizenship of adoptive parents) the US would normally consider them no longer as citizens, but a foreign citizenship Oath has very little legal power so unless someone also renounce the US citizenship officially they are often still considered US citizens by a US court. Pretty confusing, but then what laws aren't.
AS I understand the U.S does not allow double or triple city ship
but it has exception you should contact a lawyer
