If you report someone then expect comeback for your trouble. I wouldn't even consider it unless I had a death wish.

Get a life don't you have anything better to do? Take a look around you, it's not only restaurants, it's other establishments too. Leave these poor people alone, they just want to work. It is better than standing at an off ramp begging for money! Take a look at what race those people are, they're usually never latinos because latinos would rather work than beg. Even if it means selling something. AT LEAST THEY'RE NOT BEGGING!

Call and report it to your local immigration office. However, don't expect alot because when a friend of mine tried to report a large business in my state they were told "We can't go after all of them. It takes to much time and manpower." This is from our government officials. It could be proved that they do not have green cards or legal documentation.
