Getting Australian visa?

I traveled Australia in 2004, as a working holiday maker.
I bought a second hand car with my international driving permit there, and I got so many tickets.
I don't exactly remember how much was it but I think it was at least A$1200.
Unfortunately, I failed to pay that tickets for some money problem and got out of Australia in Aug 2004 without paying them.

Now I am planning to visit Australia in Jun 2008 with the same passport. I will do nothing there. Just for some fun.
Absolutely, the working holiday visa is already expired.
Do you guys think that I will get Australian visa without problems?
What is the best thing to do at this time?
I am holding Korean passport and visited Australia two times.

Answer:
Your best option is to pay off the traffic tickets. I am not sure what the law is on unpaid fines, but it will be better if you paid the traffic citations and not have to deal with being denied entry because of it.
