How can I apply as a doctor in Ireland?

I studied medicine in the Philippines and already passed my boards and specialist boards. My brother is working in Ireland and he asked me if I can apply there so our family can be together. What I know is that you have to take the IELTS and the medical boards. Is there any way I could be hired directly by a hospital in Ireland so I will have a job when I'm there?

There are hundreds of foreign medical staff in irish hospitals, it should be ok for you...
Having that said most of them trained here...
