How long can you stay out of the US with an advanced parole?
Answer:
Advanced parole is valid for a year and may be requested for multiple exits and entries during that year. However, that does not necessarily mean you can leave the US for a year.
Any time you leave the US for six months or more, Immigration may decide to challenge it and consider that you are abandoning your visa/residency. It is a good idea to send a letter to the immigration office that is handling your case explaining the purpose of your visit and your intent to return. And I would send it through certified mail with a return receipt.
I think you will find you will also need if I remember right a re-entry visa, correct me if I am wrong, I would read the small print I think there is something on AP that states you can be denied re-entry.
Yes, it's possible as long as you requested multientry AP. And yes, it's valid for one year.
