I came to the US WHEN I WAS 3 NOW IM 15 IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO GET A GREEN CARD.?
Answer:
jump on one foot while filling out form 21578. then chant the theme song from mel's diner.
Call the INS go down to the nearest INS centre and explain your story?
got any family that are U.S citizens?
your too young to get married to American citizen can get you a green card
or
your too young to work a company can sponsor for a green card is the last way to get a green card!!
but living in USA for 12 years probably illegal isn't going get you a green card!!!
What does your mother and father do? Tell them to play the green card lottery, or get married to a American citizen.
Don't listen to that dude! I don't know if there's any way for you to become legal. The laws have made it increasingly difficult. This is one of the reasons that we have to change the laws in the US.
I wish you luck. Please don't listen to these people who don't like immigrants.
Most important issue is if you came into the country legally . If you did there are more options . If you came in illegally the options are few.
I'm sorry to hear of your situation. I understand that you had no control over what happened when you were younger, when your parents moved you here in the States. For now there are very limited options for people who are out of status or have no valid visa. All I can say is, stay in school and stay out of trouble. There might be some sort of relief for undocumented students who have earned a degree in the US, so you may want to consult a lawyer later on.
Good luck!
My guess is that your parents brought you here as an illegal alien. If your parents were legal then you would have residency already.
Unfortunately, until the laws change No, it it not possible to get a green card, or even legal residency; while in the US. You would have to go to your home country and apply there.
Even being sponsored by a company ( a GREAT challenge at this point for illegals!) And even when you turn 18 - getting married to a US citizen will NOT help your cause.
Unless the laws change.
I'm sorry to give you bad news, but that is the straight scoop on your situation.
check it in yahooooooo !!!!!!!
