My husband is Chinese and he will be granted a 6 month visa. Is there anyway to keep him in the US once there?

get him a job at Los Alamos..they love chinese spies there..maybe he can stael some documents or something/..theyd keep him for sure then
Can he apply for GREEN CARD?

The only way I know of is if his job transferred him there or if he finds a job that needs specific qualifications that your husband has.
