How can i file a formal complain against Inmmigration services?

I have been a US resident since 2001 (F1 visa) and since 2005 I obtained a permanent green card. I usually travel 3 times a year out of the country for about one or two weeks and never had any problems coming back. I recently went on a trip and when I was coming back the Inmigration agent stopped to ask me all kind of personal questions such as:

How did you get your green card?

I told her that through my ex wife (we are divorced)

he asked me where is she? how long have we been divorced? and all kind of personal questions. I felt harrassed. It was extremely hard for me since I don't like to talk about my divorced due to the fact that it was traumatizing for me. I am even talking to a therapist and taking antidepression medicine due to my failing marriage and it is nobody's business to ask about that. I think it is an abuse that I was asked about my personal life and I would like to know if I can do something about it.

Answer:
I searched for it and this is what i have found...here are some links.

the visa law page is pretty good

Also to get a green card..here is an online site says there are 11 different ways. It is the 3rd link!!
It is understandable you are very sensitive about the divorce. Unfortunately the immigration officers can ask all sorts of questions whether you like it or not. Remember we are at war. I'm sorry you had this bad experience. Did you have a passport with you? There is a new rule about coming back in the States where you must have a passport. It just went into effect this month.
Oh, people sue for less, but that is just because people are like that these days.

Did you know that 1 out of 5 of every immigration fraud discovered is abuse of the marriage visa? Those questions, personal as they may have been, were part of the agent's job. Of course you could have refused to satisfy her curiousity, but you likely would then have been scheduled for a more formal inquiry by ICE.
Yes, you can do something about it. Forget about it. They have to do whatever they have to do to keep our county safe. Immigration is a major problem in the US now...be prepared to maybe be asked a couple of personal questions you don't like. I, too, have been treated for depression most of my life and it is no excuse for me to say...I feel bad or I don't like the questions. Deal with it.
I´m sorry that you feel you were harassed but immigration officers HAVE to ask these types of questions in order to make sure that you are entering the US for the right purposes. There have been so many terrorists who have entered the country and so many sham marriages just to get green cards that´s why the system is becoming more strict all the time. If you have a green card and tell them that you have been divorced it sends up a red flag that you could be one of those people trying to beat the system.
Good look to you that one will be hard.
Life is sometimes hard. I don't mean to sound insensitive but you just have to get over it. They are doing their job. If they let someone through that should not be here and they blow up your apartment building will you blame them for that too. Can't have it both ways
check it in yahooooooo !!!!!!!
