UK Visa Question?
Answer:
Visas always depends on Home Office. Some companies are well know, but a clearance will go further in order to check you past. Latest selections were harder and a lot of immigrants's requisitions were put by side.
Usually, it takes longer to get visas and always depends of a set of variable, from which you do not have control.
Perhaps you should consider other country with less stress regarding terrorism and related issues. - Like Norway or Sweden.
Why would you want to go to England Malik. It's a very very Racist Country with twisted angry unhappy unfriednly people. And a very very Racist Police Force and Racist Court System.

The Training and work experience scheme (TWES) visa is actually a special type of work permit that enables people from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to undertake work-based training for a professional or specialist qualification, or a period of work experience.
As such it is not really suitable for companies that are seeking to hire an experienced worker that is not training at the same time.
Additionally a TWES work permit does not count towards obtaining permanent residence (also known as indefinite leave to remain) in the UK and therefore is of little use if your ultimate goal is to settle in the UK. Also someone on a TWES work permit is required to leave the UK after their training is over and may not obtain a normal work permit while still in the UK.
I suggest you get your company to apply for a normal work permit for you.
Good news, a majority of British are saying respectfully and with good manners that we have had enough of the excess amount of immigrants coming into the UK.
Good luck, try Russia or India or an Islamic country
