Do I need permission from the courts in the UK to apply for immigration for my children to Australia?

I am a permanent resident of Australia, and have a full residence,parental rights and responsibilities order for my children, i am currently living in the UK

Your custody orders say you have full responsibility?

Go right ahead.
If your children are more than 3 Years Old then you need the Permission ..!
