Why should we have to learn to speak Spanish? Hello, this is America...an English speaking country, and that's how we want it. Stop complaining, stop making demands, shut up, and accept that this is the United States of America and NOT Latin America! If you have a problem with the U.S. of America, just leave!
Whining is the National Pastime in Mexico.

Most of our immigrants are willing to assimilate into our culture without forgetting their heritage. It seems the Hispanics want to make us assimilate into theirs. Legal immigrants don't seem to be nearly as radical as the illegal ones demanding things that they have no right to in the first place. Coming into this country or being born in this country should make America your only country of loyalty. Not to reject other humanitarian issues but to make America first!!

According to most opinion polls, legal "Hispanic" residents do not agree with the unregulated flow of illegal immigrants into the country - not even if they are Hispanic.
Emphasizing income levels is fair, and Asian immigrants do tend to favor high-skilled jobs in technology, medicine and other well payed professions.
However, they lag in other respects. When was the last time you saw an Asian in congress? Each immigrant group in this country has particular strengths.
I don't complain about US immigration, I complain about all the bigotry that goes on, related to immigration.Big difference...
They don't like it that we don't set out the welcome mat and tell them to come. They think we should just want and support everyone! America is a "rich country" and we can afford to take care of them. Besides, they are hard workers and are here for a "better life." It doesn't matter that they cost taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars each year and the price tag will increase dramatically if the Senate has its way. "Taxpayers can afford it."
WELL, THEY ARE WRONG! Americans shouldn't have to pay for them. Our first priority should be Americans, not the citizens of other countries that only drain our resources. These criminals that are breaking our laws don't add to the economy, they only take!

And also Jessica you are right about to spend Billions in Americans and the government is doing so by supporting an stupid war where innocent people die and also where young and talented soldiers die in vain.
