Laurel Scott is an attorney that deals with waivers. She also has an online chat every wednesday at 11am central time. Also have a look at http://immigrate2us.net/forum/ for example hardship letters.
Good luck to you.
It depends on the hardship and who you get in the interview. It is very unlikely though that you will get one unless the person is dying or they are taking care of a terminally ill person. Children are not an excuse as hardship so if you explain a bit more perhaps I can guide you and give you a list of professionals.
Sounds like you need professional help. Why don't you get off the internet and call a lawyer? Someone who has been deported can expect to be arrested at the interview. If you can't pay for an attorney now, you will pay for it later.....
why you have been deported 4 times?it seems that your dangerous person and you should not qualified for waiver. it will be good to find an immigration attorney.they will assist you.
