The way it works is they have a yearly meeting of their working group the Bilderburgers. This is where the major policy decisions are made for the whole world. These orders then go to their minions like the IMF, the World Bank, the UN, the Trilateral commission, the CFR and finally to our government. No one dares oppose them as they also own and control the private corporation the IRS as a working subsidiary for the private corporation the Federal Reserve banking system/cartel.
