How do You Uniounize Airport workers? Don't they have to be Legal Immigrants to qualify to work there?

One would assume so , but I really wonder how these
guys are allowed to operate in plain sight.
I thought all airports had rules stating you had to be legally a citizen of that country. Guess there's no such thing as "common sense".
I guess that is why there are no Unionized airport workers outside of the airlines themselves. I guess they really do have all the cards! Good point! Worth Looking into after last week's mess at JFK's incident.
