Hmmm, how you get here, that can be tough.
Go to www.wgu.edu. It is the online university that I attend. I never have to go to a classroom, I do all of my studying online.
I am a citizen here in the u.s., so I'm not sure if they accept foreigners without a visa or not, but it is worth the toll free call.
Cost of living is pretty high in the US, and being a student makes it even harder to pay your bills. You can do it HERE if you want to, but its easier to mooch off your family and stay for free while you study, but, maybe your family has money to send you.

You will need a student visa along with a lot of other information.
And Money! International fees are about 15,000.00 USD a year at a small college. A major university will be much more.
My advice, be an exchange student! Helps with costs.

Why on Earth would you want to come to the United States?
You should be proud of your own country and stay there. The United States is a powder keg ready to expode. Don't believe the glamour that you see in American TV.
This country is full of ethnic tension. The US is being invaded by thirdworlders and fundamentalist muslims. Wages are dropping in the US. It's becoming harder to get a decent job as many good jobs are being outsourced overseas. The Feds take your tax money and give it to a bunch of angry, sullen thirdworlders.
This country is full dangerous areas where you dare not travel to. It's insane. Most US cities are dangerous, filled with gangsters.
The glorious America that you're thinking of, died out 40 years ago .. at best 20 years ago. This country is on the fasttrack down the toilet.
I like many other Americans are considering getting out of here and moving to a place like Moldava.
Trust me on this ... please keep in mind it's hard for many Americans to accept that the America YOU are probably admiring ... is DEAD.
The safe, quaint, happy small town where you can raise your family is rapidly disappearing. I live in Texas and all the towns I grew up in and knew have become dangerous areas.
Compared to America, Russia has its act together.
