How do I get my permanent residency?
Answer:
your over-stayed may have drastic consequences for you. Talk to a lawyer.
Get married to a US citizen.
You need to go back to your country and reapply for a visa that can give you a status eventually. One of the ways is an H1B visa, through employment. If an employer wants to sponsor you for a Greencard, you can apply for it after you have been on an H1B for a few years. But, the fact that you overstayed your visa will damage your case most likely. It's never...ever and good idea to overstay a visa in this country. THe only way you still have a chance is for you to go back to your country and apply for the visa I explained....
First of all I have bad news for you. You have break the law of this country. You shouldn't over stay because your status now is illegal in the U.S. You have complicated your possibilities to became a resident alien or an immigrant it wasn't necessary to break the law. Some people here said that "get married" to an American citizen but not even that will help you. I have a friend of mine son, that married to a woman that did the same thing like you and they are married and he is a American citizen and they have denied the residency to her and she's facing deportation and they believed that she married for papers and not for love. You situation is precarious and it will better for you to go back to your country in peace, if they get you, you are facing deportation.
