most illegal people do not know how to read and write and speak full english. it is very broke and seriously hard to understand. i've helped teach immigrants how to speak english. southern people have a southern drawl it is an acccent. northerners have an accent, californians have an accent and so do southerners.

where I live stores have to call other employees to translate for them because they cannot speak English.
