Hi, I had green card interview(based on marriage).Everything went well, but I didn't get stamp in my passport(that will allow me to travel). Officer told me that I would get my card in mail in 2 to 6 months!!! because that didn't have my file , they only had my temporarily file and need to request my file from Missouri. Does anybody know what is going on???Thank you

you should be able to monitor this with your info on the immigration site. call the officer and ask.
six months is about right. Just be patient.
Chill, nowadays the cards are being produced much faster than before, most people will get the card in the mail within 2-4 weeks after the interview, but some interviewing officers are unaware of this or they are just giving you a maximum time frame. But the faster production of new resident alien cards is why the officers no longer put a temporary endorsement in your passport. Hey go to your mail box now the card may be there.
