I filed for I30 in september 13, 2005, my mom is usa citizen?

If you overstayed you need to go the closest U.S. embassy in your home country IMMEDIATELY...the more time that passes the more you are screwed! I hate to send you home but it is the best way.
I was just in my U.S. Embassy in South America and a girl was in the same situation. She waited MUCH too long and I highly doubt she will be allowed to immigrate for a LONG time.
