I've seen write ups, but none actually comprehensive. The British papers seem the most thorough.
You should be able to find the exact bill (what's currently written) on the senate web site. I hear its like 300 pages-- probably good bed-time reading. I'm I'm sure it is written so strangely that "normal" people won't be able to really decifer what's in it.

I don't believe the bill has been finalized or released yet. It's very difficult to find anything definitive.
That's just it, you won't. This was written in a closed door session with Ted Kennedy as the leader of the pack, which if that doesn't make you suspicious nothing will. This is being forced upon us in the most elitist, arrogant fashion immaginable. It's truly unbelievable. I have confidence that the House of Representatives will squash this joke. I hope it's not just wishful thinking on my part.
