I wish I knew - the cops don't do anything. We have tons of cars that have Baja California license plates - obviously either Illegal alien criminals, driving without a drivers license of they haven't gotten new CA plates yet. Both are illegal. The cops don't do anything - that would be racial profiling (BULL).
the best thing to do is go to your Mexican part of town..(you know where you see them with low-riders, big white shirts and baggy jeans, bald heads)....i`am sure everybody had somebody deported and they know where and how!!!!!!!!!!!!! they`ll help you.........make sure their car is low-rider and they wear big white shirts w baggy jeans and shaved heads....those people are very friendly when they hear you care about their people!!!!
