Of course they do. All you hear about are the starving masses whose families are torn apart because the illegal parents of anchor babies are sent back to Mexico while the children stay. You don't hear about the hospitals closing down because of all the nonpaying illegals. Nor do you hear about the people injured in automobile accidents who have to pay their own medical bills because of uninsured illegals. You also don't hear about the percentage of the prison population that is made up of illegals.
