Should Illegal Aliens be allowed to get credit cards before they get their green cards?

Bank of America is offering this because of a loophole in the law
should this loophole be closed?

Answer:
you get a credit card if you have a job....you don't need the green card first ...you have a SS number you will get anything:) so it is not only Bank of America....and one more thing....got 4 cards before my green card came in.....so then better go after all of them and they was not the BANK OF AMERICA!
you know i asked a question about boycotting bank of America and its not on the list of questions but its on my list of questions that i asked so if you ask and your question does not come up on the list of questions but on your list then we will know that yahoo censors and maybe we should boycott yahoo and their advertisers!
