What are the rules about getting a visa/green card to work in US? How long does it take?
Answer:
You will only get a visa to work here if you have a job offer from a US company willing to sponsor you for the visa. You will have to find a job where the company cannot find a qualified American Citizen or green card holder who can do the job. You will need at least a Bachelors degree.
With am employer to sponsor you the process can be relatively fast as employers have the option of paying extra to expedite the process.
there is some bank out west giving Visa cards to any illegal alien that wants one..I dont think American Express has started doing that yet.you did say green card didnt you?
