I've worked more hours than my student visa allows (one month only). How can I avoid deportation?

I am trying to renew my student visa. I have sent off my passport and bank statements for last 3 months. The Home Office want to now see my wage slips for the last 4 months. In 1 of them I have worked more hours than I am supposed to. I am scared I may get deported. I'm marrying a UK man at the end of June 07 (I am writing this with him on his email) and want to know what to do to make sure we do not get physically split up. Can anyone help us please?

Answer:
were you on holiday during this time you work extra hours?| if yes don t worry they allow people to work extra hours during holiday time, if not check that you school attendance is strong enough to prove that you are studying!!!
good luck and dont worry
they aren't always so harsh
Get married now, have the wedding later.
where do you live...?
Don't Tell?
Go home and take your boyfriend there, if he thinks enough of you he would relish going
You've already broken the law and are now susceptible to deportation. No way around it, other than to leave, get married, and then come back. No more student visa.
extend any category of your visa such a tourist, student visa etc. long as you have 6 valid visa u can then registry for marrying visa then get married, don't worry, no one can actually ask u to leave the country if u dun want to, get help from an experienced solicitor or agency to help with your visa. but be prepared u will need all kinds of document ready for check. like proof of same address where u live with ur partner, bills, bank statement, passport etc. or just call home office help line to ask before you decide anything.
If you are both sure you want to get married then perhaps it would be better to do it sooner than June if possible because once married to a UK citizen then you should be entitled to stay. Immigration officials can often use the slightest mistake to refuse visas so generally marriage is one thing they can't get around unless they can prove it's one of convenience simply to stay in the country. I'm in a similar situation myself!
