Yes. They can participate in this benifit as soon as they are documented. They will also get a much bigger some than any of our seniors. Oh they also get free healthcare, something millions of seniors could really use.

If their wages are taxed, and SS deductions from their checks are made, shouldn't they be entitled to SS benes?
If they hurt themselves at a job in the US, and are deemed totally disabled, aren't they entitled to SS benes?

This new bill cracks down on employers who hire illegal immigrants, so maybe they won't have a job to take out any taxes from. If they don't have a job, will they be sent home?

Of course they will. Seems to me no politican has the guts to stand up and say enough. The illegals will have to pay a $5,000 penalty, but what the hell back in 2001 the average SS old age benefit was $10,140/year so after the fine they still double their money in 12 months.

Once they get a Z visa they get it all. SS, education, rights, and a free ride to citizenship. It is called amnesty.
I don't know how it is possible but I know of two seniors citizens who are collecting social security, are illegals who after they started getting their checks moved back to their country. I don't know where the checks are mailed but I know for a fact they have been getting it for the past 10 years. Our country is screwed. I predict some major turmoil on our own ground in the near future and just hope and pray our government wises up before that happens.
