I am a Permanent Resident of the U.S. , Citizen of Mexico and want to become a Permanent Resident of Citizen of Canada, what are the fastest ways to obtain Permanent Residency of Canada or Work permit?

My Goal is to Eventually move there in 5-10 years but I'd like to go work in the Oil fields there, I hear the pay is good and they have a labour shortage.
