MEChA The 'a' stands for Atzlan. It is virtually indistinguishable from KKK ( in its current form) except that it is Hispanics and is allowed on University campuses as a college group, particularly in California.
The Stanford student paper did a very decent write up of them, not over the top, just wondering why their student fees supported a racist group.

I did a Google search for you and came up with the links below that should help you better understand them. Along with the link that Dar gives - should give you at least some insight into the mindset of those within such a group - very racist and no different than any other racist group.
