Can I claim the Australian Baby Bonus if my baby was not born in Australia but becomes a citizen at 1yr old.?

I am an Australian and my wife is Filipino. I have lived outside of Australia for 4 years and we are now returning to settle in Australia permanently. From what i can see on the topic you may claim up until the child is 5yo and are eligible as long as you file a tax return in australia. But nothing is said about where the child is born.

Answer:
the child must be born in australia
if your wife has a pouch and can hop, you can claim the bonus baby
