I need a full-time job doing remote data enty by computer. I want to sponsor my fiance (we hope, by then, spouse) to come to Canada (he presently lives in the US and it is not possible for me to go there because of the health plan) but I am on disability and do not meet the income requirements. I desperately need full-time work. Any and all SINCERE help will be so greatfully appreciated. Any kind of full-time work will do, computer or not.
Answer:
Do a search online.
If you are on disability, and you are sponsoring your spouse only (no dependants), the income requirement of sponsorship is waived. See the bottom of page 7 of the guide "Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada" under the links below.
Note there is no longer a "fiance" class. You will have to be married before you apply, or be common-law partners or conjugal partners. (These are defined in the guide).
Good luck!
