Are we required to report illegals to authorities?

Not enough info in this question. For the average person (on the street, so to speak, a passer-by)--I think it falls under 'MYOB' -- Mind your own business. For medical and some other social services, I don't think they are allowed to report (it would cause people to not ever come in for medical care). However, if you are an employer/owner of a business, then there are probably laws that you can't hire illegals-I don't know if you are forced to report them-but penalties for using these workers. There are still MANY places that use illegal labor so it must be pretty easy to get around.
I think a person has to make a personal decision about reporting illegals and getting them deported, even if they passed a law TRYING to require reporting, it will still be a personal decision.
