I am a (29 years ) u.s resident and want to marry my german citizen girlfriend who is now here with me...?

...what is the best way for us to secure our relationship? (My citizenship application is in process...) I want her to stay here with me legally. Her 90-day stay limit runs out in 3 weeks!

We are afraid to lose our love because of politics and need some advice. Please.

Answer:
Unfortunately, as a permanent resident you cannot file a fiancee petition.

As a perm. res. you can petition for a spouse's permanent residency, but you'll have to wait for a visa to become available. This will happen either when you are finally naturalized and the Category 2 petition bumps up to Immediate Relative OR when the Category 2 visas become available (about 6 years)--whichever occurs first.

She can continue making the visa waived entries (or get a B visitor visa which may allow entries of 6 months instead of 3), but be aware that if you do marry, she'll have a harder time convincing CBP that she plans to stay temporarily.

If she holds a degree and can find a job, she could seek an H-1B worker visa next year. She may also want to consider an F student visa.
if you file for her with green card, it could take 3-4 years before you hear anything back, with citizenship, it'll be done in a year.
Well I'd say that if you want to keep the relationship you could always apply for the I-129F Fiance visa to the USA. She can be in america when you apply for this stuff she will just have to go home to get the paperwork and do all of the medical stuff that comes with that in her country-
i don't know what to tell you.
good luck.

honesty is the best policy.

polygamy is not immoral.

morality is
subjective.

even if it were, the degree of immorality
should be taken into account
in every situation.

they have people
on tv advocating
for polygamy.

it may be illegal,
but largely unenforced,
like the border and every
other crime they don't
feel like enforcing.

fear of fear itself is irrational.

fear is intangible.

fear fear itself no mo.

ok
get here marry in wht time u have and then she can stay with u ok
...
Do it legally, wait out the Time marry her and let her return
to Germany. She can then return. Veil Gluck.
Go to Las VEgas, pick a wedding chapel (I recommend the elvis one) and get married. Then take all the papers to INS or ICE or what ever they are called and apply for a change of status.
First off it's not politics, it's the law. Very touchy subject these days.

your options seemed limited. You said you are a U.S. resident, but if understand correctly you wont be a Permanant resident until your paper work is processed. Tricky
