where have u been.... schedule A nurse category has been indefinitely suspended since November 2006
It has expired on Nov 1st 2006. There are so many nurses/PT's who filed before the deadline and will wait for their EB3 date to become current as they are moved from Schedule A to EB3. There are lobbying efforts going on to get a new quota. How ever, they might not work as anything that is related to Immigration will likely be addressed by CIR. Every one is focused on the illegal immigration. Both lawmakers and people.
