Illegal immigrant was racist with my family.?
She works in a restaunt in the London area, her employer knows she is illegal. I think all his employees are illegal.
One day I was having dinner with my kids in that restaurant and they were tottally racist with me and my kids ( we are black) even my friend which is white noticed that.
I really feel like calling the home office, but I would like to know the consequences to the restaurant owner as well, my intention is not to screw up his business.

It is illegal to employ illegal immigrants in the UK as the immigrants will not have been given a work permit.
The restaurant in question should be reported to the police if only on the grounds of racial harassment by the staff.
You must report the racist mongrels as racism should not be tolerated.
Also, boycott the restaurant, tell your friends not to go there, then report the restaurant to the food standards agency, health and safety, immigration and every other authority figure you can think of.

If I was you i would either confront the owner, he may say sorry and give you a free meal.

Just think all those illegal immigrants are making cash in hand so they pay NO tax. They are racist so who would want them to stay anyway. Dont worry about the resturant owner its his own stupid fault paying below minimum wage probably and making a fortune.

There is nothing like racism these days, you people use the term coz its now popular, maybe you were just being bullied. About this person's immigration status, let me remind you that it is your duty as a citizen to report such things to the authorities who will then decide on the outcome of the matter, if they are breaking the law, they should be prepared to face the consequuences.
