Who said people who came here illegally are criminals. Is it a Felony or a misdemeanor?

No, it is another branch of the judicial system, Immigration Law. Just like if you get a speeding ticket you are not a criminal because that is under traffic court. And if you look at it fines just might be the best way to punish the act and still uphold the Law. However, in light of 1986, I understand the enforcement first idea. Plus, this bill in the Senate is becoming more and more broken every day. Giving Z visas to Convicted Felons, that is completely wrong.

Answer:
America is a country of immigrants, and all the people making all these noise about illegal Allen in the U.S, their grand parents all came to America without visa and gave birth to them, but if you ask then they will say that was then.

When the wars finished, they devised all these laws to stop others from coming.

An illegal Allen who lives in U.S for up to 5years without committing crime should be allowed to stay. America belong to every human race, is it not what U.S.A is all about.
yes, breaking our immigration laws should be a felony
You are wrong. Illegals are illegal, meaning they broke the law. They can be detained and some are forcible deported.
No one gets jailed for a traffic ticket (unless there are other factors). No one gets deported because of a traffic ticket (unless the person is here illegally).
I would say a felony. Why? Because they mostly come here with the intention of breaking the LAW and going to the extent of faking papers ID and Identity. SO it is not just felony but thief and forgery and so much more.

Traffic ticket is you break the traffic rules and when you get caught you present your license and insurance but what will the illegals present when they apply for jobs? Fake ID, Fake Address, Fake Name, Fake .. Fake .. Fake... oh and not to mention tax evasion.
Anyone who breaks a law is a criminal. People who cross the border illegally are actually perpertrating fraud on the public. If they come here legally, I have no problem with immigration since this country was built by immigrants from all over the world from the Jamestown settlement in Virginia forward. Even the early indian ancestors came from other lands. But these were legal immigrants. Illegal immigrants should be charged with a felony, serve their time and be deported to their point of origin.
Ask immigration officials why most Visas tourist/work/etc. are denied 9 times out of 10 because the person applying has a criminal record in their country

The big issue is people who come here illegally most likely have a criminal record in their own country otherwise why wouldn't they just attempt to come legally

2nd they are coming to smuggle to perpetrate a crime and cannot cross the border legally to do this
