Wanna see the loop holes??
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) has been a stalwart proponent of curbing illegal immigration and reforming the legal immigration apparatus in a truly meaningful manner. To that end, on June 4, in the middle of the first round of floor debate on the so-called “grand bargain” immigration bill, Sen. Sessions issued a press
release listing egregious loopholes in the proposal, ncluding “flaws effecting border security, chain-migration and assimilation policies.”
In prefacing the list, Sen. Sessions indicated that he is “deeply concerned about the numerous loopholes…found in this legislation,” which he sees as “more than technical errors, but rather symptoms of a fundamentally flawed piece of legislation that stands no chance of actually fixing our broken immigration system.” Furthermore, Sen. Sessions said, “Many of the loopholes are indicative of a desire not to have the system work.”

I'm glad that there are people like you that are willing to spend so much time to bring us information that we wouldn't have other wise. Many of us are using our common sense & life experiances to answer questions, So I thank you for presenting written facts, and inlighting us about these issues.
and your question is !!
Yes, thank you very much for the detailed post. Bravo.
Sigh**, why can't some people use this forum for it's intended purpose, which is to ASK QUESTIONS?
Considering this legislation has been written for and by La Raza and others that support the illegals, there will be many loopholes and down right gifts to not only for the current illegals, but for the next wave of illegals that will demand the next amnesty in the year 2017 or so
Thanks, That is the kind of stuff that needs to be brought up. Not, racist notions about Mexicans and such.
Now, it seems like last year was our last chance to get a sane bill through. Now with the Democrats in power the bill is just getting more stupid every day. Maybe the Republicans in the House last year should have brought forward a good bill that addressed enforcement and gave a solution for those already here instead of their lets "punish them wetbacks" bill they passed. But they had to keep crying about "No Amnesty" instead of facing the reality the Senate Republicans were trying to deal with.
Now the Dems have the wheel and if the extreme Republicans keep it up, it will just keep getting worse and worse. Remember, even if illegal immigration was ended today, Hispanics will keep growing as a percentage of the Poplulation because they have larger families. They are a group Republicans need to win over, not antagonize.
Remember what happened in California.
Thanks for the info. I hope a million Americans get to read it before Yahoo pulls it down. They pulled my question about why we are letting Mexicans commit acts of violence against our border patrols in Arizona. Setting fires etc.
