How many people can gain citizenship in the US per year?
Answer:
Way, way, way too many! I've heard that over 1 million are legally aloud into this country every year, and most of them will want to become citizens. Then there are the 12 to 28 million illegal aliens that the traitors, Bush, McCain, and Kennedy want to make citizens.
It is a totally unrealistic task to assimilate that many people in so short a time. If these people are allowed to stay in the US, our population will reach over 400 million by 2050; in effect, making the US a third-world country.
U.S govt don't set a limit on how many people can earn citizenship for any given year?
Over one million legal immigrants per year. More than all of the other industrialized nations in the world, combined.

One third of the foreign-born population in the US in 2000 were naturalized citizens.
Over time, most immigrants become citizens.
If it were up to bush he would open up southern border and everyone would be a citizen........
the last i herd on this subject we allowed so many a year in. i don't remember reading how many. i would think they would slow down considerably because of all the illegals coming in.
