Because they know they are a small minority and they know that patriotic Americans would put kick their a**, so they hide behind their computer, or talking to media that they know is pro-illegal aliens also so they feel safe.

The media is very liberal. Notice how they only report the illegal immigrant, pro amnesty marches, yet never the ppl who are AGAINST it. They always give the media attention to groups like La Raza, ACLU etc, yet never any groups like this.

The majority of the population was in favor of providing some sort of path to legal status for illegal aliens before this legislation was announced.

who knows with y/a these days. people are losing their accounts for any reason these days. i got a list, and i'm checking it once. any illegal or supporter of illegals will be reported for using profanity. i once said if i lost another account i would start reporting my self. this is my 6th account.
First off, the bill you've heard about is in free fall in the Congress. They've had to delay any meaningful work on it for weeks for whatever reasons there are that are not being discussed in public.
Secondly, where is the money going to come from to create and enforce the mandates present in the new law? A secure border? Ha! There are not enough illegals in this country to pay the kind of penalty money required to build a secure border.
Thirdly, where are you going to get the extra cash to pay more for goods and services when those illegals have green cards? You think gas prices are bad? Wait until you have to pay for the new glut of minimum wage laborers that this bill will create.
It's not doable. It isn't going to pass as it stands.
Here's a solid and doable idea. How about a simple one item law that goes as follows:
If you are in the United States illegally and have children, those children are not in any way, shape or form entitled to citizenship. They are the burden of the nation the parents come from in the first place.
Do this and watch the flood end once and for all!
