If an immigrant gets a felony sealed, will he still be deported? How long does it take?

Answer:
The felony charge has nothing to do with illegally immigrating to the US. Even if it's sealed, he can still be deported.

Depends if he fights the deportation or not, gets a good attorney, etc.

Though, not having a felony conviction would help.
Deportation takes too long,,,,,
Most of them just wind up in jail here, with us paying for them. The jails in AZ have quite a few illegals in them, and I don't see them trying to deport them, but I don't know why. I think they are having a hard time getting Mexico to take them back because the Mexican gov will then have to put them in jails there at their expense and they naturally don't want to do that when the guys committed crimes here.
An immigrant is a broad term could you please specify?
