I am an H1 card holder - do I need to bring my Indian passport to travel to Puerto Rico?
Answer:
Just call the US Immigration Dept. and they will tell you what you need. Have a good trip and enjoy the beaches and the good Puerto Rican rum. Yes, always carry your pass port.
Always travel with your passport.
Technically you would most likely be ok with proof of your H1 status but to be on the safe side bring the passport. If you are flying into Puerto Rico, you have to go through a small customs check. I am a US citizen and used by passport, it is quicker to have the passport scanned than to pull papers and have the customs agent check them for validity.
You need to bring a gun to travel to Puerto Rico.
Dont know what an H1 card holder is , bUT Puerto Rico being a yanki colony the laws are lenient there , as is good for the gringos to bring to the Island different species , especially the ones pro-yanki so they can really do without interference! Walk with caution and may the heavens help you.
Always! Always travel with your passport when you are going out of the US . This includes the minor outlying regions like PR etc.
If you insist on getting the correct info, ask your company lawyer who filed your H1B
