Is Johnny Sutton suppose to be held to a higher standard ?
Answer:
what higher standard? He's not suppose to break the law! He was not suppose to withhold evidence from the jury that would have changed the Ramos & Compeon case. What Sutton did was illegal!
If the jury had known that the drug smuggler had been caught another time with drugs and that this was his profession, the illegal would have lost all credibility and the jury wouldn't have beleived his LIE that he didn't have a gun.
Sutton should be in prison - how about a nice medium security prison in Mississippi in general population?
Prosecutors are supposed to work for justice, and not be partasian. To the extent they prosecute for a different agenda, it is wrong.
So in a sense, yes.
He should be shouldn't he. But in the same, all of those in Washington should be. They all need to read the part about, we the people.
