That "Mexican" ID is not a valid ID - not even in Mexico. Such is not even an acceptable form of ID within Mexico itself. Why should it be in the United States when they don't accept it?
The cards are easy to obtain. Fraud, and lack adequate security measures prevent those that use forgery. Used only by illegals as legal immigrants don't need the matricular card. They have legal documentation.
By issuing issueing these cards, on U.S. soil, the Mexican Consulate shows no remorse and is encouraging illegals to break American law.
The facts are the only ones that need these cards are illegals. Be they a criminal or terrorist - or just a law breaking citizen of Mexico within the United States illegally - those are the ONLY ones that need such.
