Yes, CHinese illegal immigrants does make news. Prior to 2006 they were the second most talked about illegal immigrants. I read tons of news item about snake heads and the Fujians that end up in New york city. It s because you are more focused on Mexicans. The other reason why we have forgotten about the CHinese illegal immigrants is because the Mexican's held a protest on 2006 and this year pretty much saying THey hate America. If the Chinese illegal immigrants staged a protest flying their flag of origin and desecrating the AMerican flags, we would be flooded with Anti -chinese illegal immigrant question right after that. That why an education is important. If you want something , don't piss of the people your asking help from. Lastly about 50% of all illegal immigrants are from Mexico. THere fore they are the biggest problem in illegal immigrants. I think the second group people fear is El Salvodoreans, because of M13 gang.

I know several documented Asians & Vietnamese. They came in the legal way. Every Canadian I know is here on green cards too. Only Mexicans & Hispanics think immigration laws do not apply to them.

Your logic on this is a little crazy because you don't know the facts, majority of Illegals from the Mexican border, not the Canadian border or ports. So lets worry about the mass amounts and worry a little less about the small amounts first. Yes they are illegal, and stuff is being done. But Canada doesn't have the same problems as Mexico does, so they have no reason to leave their country. They get free education, welfare, and food-banks. The Asian minority are called the perfect minority. If you watch any commercial where there is a group of people, you will always see an Asia among the group and perhaps a black person, hardly ever you will see a Latino in that group. Now, they talk about illegal aliens, I would submit to those people that once in awhile, they should pick up an Army Times and see how many Latinos died during the week( this is a weekly publication). As a matter of fact, if you go and visit the myspace page of one of the soldiers missing in Iraq right now, you will see that there is a lot of Spanish used. We are proud of our background we are the first one to go and fight for this county, per the US Army Recruiting Command, Latinos have the highest propensity to enlist and defend this country compared to the rest of the groups, to include white(2nd place) and blacks. So, we are not terrorists, yet we are willing to die to defend what this country stands for. Some of us might be illegal but we are here for economics reasons not to sabotage this great country. I been to quite a few military funerals and one of them took place in Mexico, this soldier was buried in his native land but yet, the flag that covered his coffin was the Starts and Stripes and the pallbearer wore the US Army uniform and most of the pallbearers were his family. And yes, Asians were demonstrating last year and this year during those marches.

When statistics were published on immigration in the UK - there were thousands more coming from Australia, Canada etc. but because they are white, they blend in and no-one notices. So why don't people stop picking on other races and be glad we have a diverse society?!!

I don't care what race the illegal immigrants are, they shouldn't be in our country. Personally I say that we should secure ALL of our borders, the coasts, by Canada and Mexico. I don't want any illegal at all in our nation and we should be hearing about all of them that are trying to come in. It is not fare that the Mexicans are focused on, we need to remember the others as well.
