Answer:
It doesnt matter if it would cause riots or not. Our nation shouldnt be afraid to enforce its own laws just because of threat of violence. Enforce the laws and put down whatever riots arise by force.
It might, but I honestly do not care. We have these laws for a reason and they need to be enforced!!

PS: Ignore the dorks that give you a hard time about misspelling his first name. I'm the typo queen!! It happens. :0)
Well, that would certainly tell us something. Wouldn't it?

The riots in France are because people there, legally, for generations are still considered immigrants and don't have access to upwards mobility.

There are too many people and too few jobs.
McCain's logic seems to be "the old laws we enacted and didn't enforce didn't work, so let's pass some new laws that we won't enforce"
McCain is a lost cause It does gall me that the very senators that pasted the amnesty of 1986, are now the very ones that say it was a failure. It was a failure because they did not enforce it, and this amnesty is going to be the same old garbage.
no, and why would anyone listen to john mccain? he's lost all credibility since he became bush's puppet.
No.
First don't believe anything John McCain says but if it did we have the best military in the world to stop them where as the French would just give up.
I am all for sending McCAIN AND KENNEDY TO FRANCE.
No, thats BS.
Since his "it is not amnesty" lies failed to convince people, he is now trying to scare people.
Maybe, but I think that the majority of people would like to see immigration laws enforced better. I think if we did it might encourage the government to speed along the process for those who want to come here legally, at least I would hope so.
McCain has as much credibility, as a Cher Impersonator
I'm O.K. with that.
It would be very bad if riots happened because alot of Americans have guns and personally if you start a riot in my town and my family is in danger I will cull your sorry butt from the herd. You want to protest fine but you get violent and get near my kids and I will end you.
He must have been in front of a pro illegal crowd for he has learned well from his mentor Bush, and just as much he talks from both sides of his mouth, if the people of arizona are not ashamed by now they should be since they have a lot of problems there with illegal immingration but to answer your question it does not matter if they did the american legals and that is 76% want the deportation to begin and if they pass this new amensty the legals here may be the ones rioting in the streets
Unlike the french, we would not hesitate to shoot the rioters.
Anything worth keeping is worth fighting for.
DO YOUR FREAKING PART SO CALLED AMERICANS!

Unless we become the "uhate me's" who stife for back yard commando war games!!

The Bush administration, which has ordered some 30,000 extra American troops to Baghdad and surrounding areas as part of the security crackdown, has warned that the buildup will result in more U.S. casualties as American soldiers increasingly come into contact with enemy forces and concentrate on the streets of Baghdad and remote outposts.
The three U.S. soldiers were abducted as they were participating in an operation to watch for insurgents placing roadside bombs on a dangerous road near Mahmoudiya, about 20 miles south of Baghdad. The militants breached the concertina wire surrounding the stationary outpost composed of two Humvees, killing four other American troops and an Iraqi.
The Islamic State of Iraq issued Web statements shortly after the attack claiming responsibility and warning the Americans to call off the hunt "if you want their safety."
A body found in the Euphrates River on May 23, 11 days after the attack, was identified by the U.S. military as Pfc. Joseph Anzack Jr., 20, of Torrance, Calif.

{Spc. Alex R. Jimenez, 25, of Lawrence, Mass.,}

And for this one person alone to be disrespected even though more then sure borned here in the "United States" is enough to play ball,dance,rodeo.... opponents!

and of Pvt. Byron W. Fouty, 19, of Waterford, Mich., remain missing.
Monday's video clip, made available to The Associated Press by the Washington-based SITE Institute, offered close-ups of two identification cards for Jimenez and Fouty, but did not show the soldiers.
The video also showed footage of three masked and black-clad men in a forest standing around an easel displaying a sketch of the area, apparently mapping out the attack plan. "I have urged you to bring me American prisoners," said one of the men, whose name was not given but was identified as a leader.
"The Americans sent 4,000 soldiers looking for them," an unidentified voice said on the video, which featured the logo of the media production house of the Islamic State of Iraq. "They were alive and then dead."
The voiceover blamed their deaths on "the American Army and their leaders, who do not care for the feelings of the soldiers' mothers."
"And as you refused to deliver the bodies of our killed people, we will not deliver the bodies of your dead, and their end will be beneath the ground, Allah willing," the voice said.
Fouty's stepfather, Gordon Dibler, said relatives and family friends will continue believing he is alive.
"It's actually been hopeful for me that these items are being displayed," Dibler told reporters during a news conference in Oxford, Mich. "I hope that those who hold him understand that he is just a boy, becoming a man."

Riots could be controlled by the effective coordination of the different law enforcement agencies if immigration laws are strictly enforced in the US.
