Ok if she is australian then she is commonwealth so she can only enter for 6months on her passport.there is no way around this she is only allowed a max of 6months visiting.you sound to me like a assylum seeker that cannot even speak properly if you want her to enter on spouses visa how may i ask are you going to support her?it is a requirement for the sponsor(partner or husband)to support the person without recourse to public funds.in other words you cannot get the tax payers of this country to support you and your girlfriend or she will not be allowed in and you have to prove this.i know from experience as i am commonwealth fromcanada and my boyfriend works his a ss off to support myself an my child and it is still hard to stay here.maybe you should go there!!!
